There is no minimum on embroidery or screen print orders. Screen setup fees will apply to screen print orders under 24.

Yes, you may bring in your own item for embroidery work. Please note, there may be a 2% spoilage rate (occasional instances where the machine may jam, etc.). By providing your own products, you assume the risk of any damaged goods. This should be taken into consideration when requesting work on heirloom or one of a kind items. Screen printing orders must use products provided by Creative Edge Monograms.

Normal processing is ten days after garment sizes, colors, quantities and artwork are approved. For time frames less than that, a 25% rush fee may be applied.

For new customers, payment must be made before orders are placed. We do not offer extended credit or 30-day NET status.

Yes, we have graphic designers who can design a custom logo or image that fits your needs.

Submit artwork via our Get in Touch page. We prefer vector images but can work with most picture files as well.

Embroidery

1-5 pieces, 6-20 pieces, 21-49 pieces, 50+

Screen Printing

24+, 48+, 72+, 144+, 250+, 500+, 750+, 1200+, 2400+

Several factors determine the cost of each order:

– Quantity

– Price of garment

– Stitch count (in the case of embroidery)

– Size of design (chest logo vs. full back logo in the case of embroidery)

– Set-up fees

– Embroidery: 14” x 14”

– Screen Printing: 12.5” x 14.5”
