For embroidery orders we do not require a minimum number of items. For all screen printing orders there is a 12 piece minimum.
Yes, you may bring in your own item for embroidery work. Please note, there may be a 2% spoilage rate (occasional instances where the machine may jam, etc.). By providing your own products, you assume the risk of any damaged goods. This should be taken into consideration when requesting work on heirloom or one of a kind items. Screen printing orders must use products provided by Creative Edge Monograms.
Orders are completed ten business days after garment sizes, colors, quantities and artwork have been provided/agreed upon.
There is a fee of 35% added to total costs on all projects requested as rush orders. Exact completion times vary.
For orders less than 20 pieces, payment can be made at pick-up. Larger orders require a partial payment when the order is placed.
Yes, we have graphic designers who can design a custom logo or image that fits your needs.
You can submit artwork on our Contact page. We prefer vector images (.ai, .emf, .wmf, etc.), but can work with any picture file as well as .pdf files.
Our price breaks are as follows:
1-5 pieces, 6-20 pieces, 21-49 pieces, 50+
24+, 48+, 72+, 144+, 250+, 500+, 750+, 1200+, 2400+
Several factors determine the cost of each order:
– Price of garment
– Stitch count (in the case of embroidery)
– Size of design (chest logo vs. full back logo in the case of embroidery)
– Set-up fees
– Embroidery: 8” x 12”
– Screen Printing: 12” x 15”
